# Contact Forms

### ❓**What is it?**

 Build a contact form in TrueEngage that can be added as one of the contact options in the TrueEngage widget.

### 👉 TrueEngage Contact/Lead Forms

- Intuitive form builder with drag-and-drop fields for text, email, phone, date, multi select
- Automatic mobile and desktop versions
- Automatic contact form styling based on widget design
- Trigger-based engagement (form opening) based on: 
    - Time spent
    - Scroll down percentage
    - Exit intent
- AI-driven engagement: Form opening based on TrueEngage AI to maximize lead generation (coming soon)
- Completed forms are sent to your chosen email address and/or data is made available through the platform
