Conditional Channel Availability
Channel Availability Settings
You can control when a channel appears in the widget by configuring two availability options: Check Schedule Group and Check Estimated Waiting Time (EWT). These settings help ensure the channel is shown only when your team can handle new conversations.
Check Schedule Group
Select a schedule group to define the channel’s operating hours. Outside the assigned schedule, the channel will not be displayed in the widget.
Check Estimated Waiting Time
Set the maximum acceptable queue wait time. If the real-time EWT exceeds this limit, the channel will be hidden. The EWT value is continually monitored and updated.
