WhatsApp Channel Configuration
When configuring the WhatsApp channel, you can choose between two options:
- Use Genesys WhatsApp number – Allow to choose WhatsApp number assigned in Genesys Cloud during the integration process.
- Use a different WhatsApp number – Allows you to enter an alternative mobile number that will receive incoming messages.
